IRIS DIAMONDS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, exchanges, services, and interactions with Iris Diamonds, whether online, in-store, or through authorized representatives. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. General

Iris Diamonds operates as a fine jewelry retailer in the United Arab Emirates. All products are sold subject to availability and acceptance. Iris Diamonds reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

All jewelry is handcrafted and may show minor variations in color, weight, size, or finish. Diamonds and gemstones are graded according to industry standards. Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly due to lighting or screen resolution.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise and may change due to fluctuations in gold or diamond markets. Full payment is required prior to order confirmation. In the event of a pricing or listing error, Iris Diamonds reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the paid amount.

4. UAE Returns & Exchanges

• Exchange only within 14 days from the delivery or purchase date.
• Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
• Only one exchange is permitted per invoice.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with invoice and certification.
• Exchange requests must be made by the original purchaser upon presentation of valid identification.

5. Cash Buy-Back Program (UAE Only)

Iris Diamonds may offer a discretionary cash buy-back for eligible jewelry purchased from Iris Diamonds under the following structure:
• 70% of original invoice value within 2 years
• 60% of original invoice value within 3 years
• 50% of original invoice value within 5 years

Cash buy-back applies exclusively to jewelry and excludes bullion, coins, or investment gold. All items are subject to inspection, and Iris Diamonds reserves the right to decline or adjust the buy-back value. This program is not guaranteed and does not apply to international orders.

6. Exchange Value Program

Eligible jewelry may be exchanged for up to 80% of the original invoice value for a period of up to 10 years from the purchase date. Exchange value may only be used toward another jewelry purchase from Iris Diamonds and cannot be redeemed for cash. Exchange value is calculated solely on the original invoice amount, regardless of current market prices, and is not combinable with promotions or discounts.

7. Non-Exchangeable & Final Sale Items

Custom-made, engraved, resized, altered items, earrings, and all international orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange or buy-back unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

8. International Orders

All international sales are final. Iris Diamonds does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for international shipments. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations.

9. Warranty

Iris Diamonds provides a 6-month manufacturing defect warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, or third-party alterations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Iris Diamonds’ liability shall not exceed the original purchase value of the product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
